Accessibility

The Lark Concert Hall endeavours to provide an inclusive and accessible environment for all. Our facilities include:

  • Wheelchair accessible lift
  • Hearing loop headsets
  • Assistance Dogs
  • Occasional Sensory Friendly performances

WHEELCHAIR USERS / MOBILITY
The Lark Concert Hall is accessible for wheelchair users and those with impaired mobility. Please note there are 4 wheelchair spaces available in the Concert Hall. They are in Rows I and Row J. These tickets are not available online, please contact the box office on 01 690 4990 to book these tickets. We also hold the seat adjacent to wheelchair accessible seats for partners/carers. A wheelchair accessible restroom is located on the ground floor adjacent to the Box Office. Our staff are on hand at all times so please do not hesitate to ask for assistance at the time of booking or when attending a show.

ASSISTANCE DOGS
The Lark welcomes assistance dogs. If you have an assistance dog, please advise the Box Office at the time of booking and they will allocate appropriate seating for you.

HARD OF HEARING
An induction loop system is in operation throughout the auditorium for patrons that may be hard of hearing. People with hearing aids should set them to ‘Infra-Red Mode’. Headsets are available from the Box Office upon request. Please let the box office know in advance if you request this service.

SENSORY FRIENDLY SHOWS
When possible we run sensory friendly performances for those with additional needs e.g. during the run of a panto. These performances will typically feature lower music, absence of sudden noises, and lighting adjustments, making the performance more accessible. Sensory Friendly Performances will be clearly highlighted online and you can also contact the Box Office for further details.
